Waterjet-cutting technology goes beyond traditional
cutting methods. It is flexible, accurate and fast. Products such as
plastics and rubber, for example, water alone will penetrate the material.
For harder materials, such as metals, glass and stone, an abrasive, usually
garnet, is added to the cutting process.
- Cuts up to 6 inches thick.
- Cuts most material, including metals, plastics, stone
(manufactured and natural), glass, foam, and ceramics.

- Because there is no heat and no work induced stress
incurred in the cutting process, almost any material is suitable for
waterjet cutting.
- Materials: Acrylic, Alloys, Aluminum, Brass,
Carpet, Ceramic, Composites, Copper, Corian, Felt,
Foam, Fiberglass, Formica, Gaskets, Glass, Granite,
Insulation, Laminates, Leather, Marble, Plastics, Quartz,
Rubber, Silicone, Stainless Steel, Steel, Titanium, &
Wood, etc...
- Smooth accurate edges, accuracy of +/- .003 inches.
